Property acquisition
Traditionally property acquisition fees have been based on a straight 10% of annual rental on leasehold property. On this basis there is little incentive for acquisition agent to negotiate the rentals down. If they do the net result is that their fee is reduced!
FMG fees are not based on the annual rental, but on the saving achieved - the more we save your company the greater our fees.
To ensure you do not pay any more than 10% we cap our fees regardless of negotiating success at that level.
Simple - You may pay less than a traditional acquisition fee but you will never pay more. At least you have the comfort of knowing that if you pay us a fee we have saved you much more!
Non-core procurement
Many of our clients take the opportunity of a relocation to review their suppliers, with the assistance of FMG.
The key, and unique, element to our review service is the undertaking made by the supplier panel to use the existing supplier rates as a benchmark and offer a reduction of 10% from that point. The goods and services are provided on a like for like basis - you simply save money.
This is not a cost reduction consultancy, or buying ring. Essentially FMG have created a network of suppliers offering ongoing savings on continuous contracts and reduction from best quote on one off contracts.
