Property acquisition
FMG were determined to find an alternative to the traditional method of fee structure. Instead of the normal 10% of annual rental, FMG have created a fee based purely on our performance in reducing our clients rent.
This method flies in the face of tradition, but allows FMG to be rewarded for success.
It also allows the possibility of a zero fee if we are unable to negotiate the rental, or achieve a rent free period, in our clients favour.
Our fee structure is simple - we charge 33% of the saving achieved for quoted annual rental compared to the rent payable in year 1. Importantly our fees are capped at 10% of Rental. Essentially you may pay less than a traditional fee but you will not pay more!
The saving calculation is normally a combination of rent free period and straight rent reduction.
In essence our fee costs your company less than nothing!
